Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Manager / Sales Director to drive Southeast Asia business expansion for a manufacturing company within the packaging industry.

The role focuses on developing B2B customers across beverage, bottled water, food, FMCG, and industrial packaging sectors, while expanding distributor and key account networks throughout Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Southeast Asia market expansion strategy
• Identify and acquire new B2B customers within beverage and packaging industries
• Build and maintain relationships with beverage manufacturers, OEM factories, converters, and industrial customers
• Develop distributor/channel network across SEA
• Lead pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract management
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and packaging industry developments
• Coordinate internally with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in regional exhibitions and trade shows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years B2B sales experience
• Minimum 3 years covering Southeast Asia markets
• Relevant industry background preferred:
  • PET packaging
  • Bottle preforms
  • Caps & closures
  • Blow molding
  • Filling systems
  • Beverage packaging
  • Packaging machinery
  • Industrial packaging materials
• Existing network within beverage/FMCG manufacturing ecosystem preferred
• Strong business development and hunting capability
• Fluent English required
• Able to travel frequently across SEA
