Sales Manager – Indonesia (OEM / Key Account)

Location: Indonesia (Jakarta preferred)

About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive OEM business development in Indonesia, focusing on building and managing relationships with motorcycle and automotive manufacturers.

This role will play a key part in developing long-term partnerships and entering local OEM supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage OEM customers (motorcycle / automotive manufacturers)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (e.g. OEM clients)
  • Drive project-based sales and support RFQ / quotation / negotiation processes
  • Work closely with engineering and HQ teams on product and project requirements
  • Identify new OEM opportunities and expand market share
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends

Requirements

  • Indonesian national or permanent resident
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • 3–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in:
  • Automotive / Motorcycle OEM
  • Auto parts / Tier 1 suppliers
    • Strong relationship management and project coordination skills
    • Able to work in a structured, long-cycle sales environment

    Compensation

    • Up to IDR 650–700 million annually (incl. incentives)
    • Base salary + performance bonus
    • 12-month salary structure
