Sales Manager – Indonesia (OEM / Key Account)
Location: Indonesia (Jakarta preferred)
About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive OEM business development in Indonesia, focusing on building and managing relationships with motorcycle and automotive manufacturers.
This role will play a key part in developing long-term partnerships and entering local OEM supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage OEM customers (motorcycle / automotive manufacturers)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (e.g. OEM clients)
- Drive project-based sales and support RFQ / quotation / negotiation processes
- Work closely with engineering and HQ teams on product and project requirements
- Identify new OEM opportunities and expand market share
- Monitor competitors and industry trends
Requirements
- Indonesian national or permanent resident
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- 3–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in:
- Automotive / Motorcycle OEM
- Auto parts / Tier 1 suppliers
- Strong relationship management and project coordination skills
- Able to work in a structured, long-cycle sales environment
Compensation
- Up to IDR 650–700 million annually (incl. incentives)
- Base salary + performance bonus
- 12-month salary structure
