Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall production operations of the metal workshop, including planning, scheduling, and execution
• Oversee full fabrication processes (cutting, bending, welding, surface treatment, coating)
• Drive production efficiency, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal capacity utilization
• Implement lean manufacturing initiatives (OEE, TPM, SMED, continuous improvement)
• Manage cost control, including material usage, waste reduction, and energy efficiency
• Establish and optimize SOPs, process standards, and quality control systems
• Lead equipment management and preventive maintenance programs
• Build and develop a high-performing production team, including supervisors and technical staff
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, procurement, and engineering teams

Ideal Profile

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 8+ years in metal manufacturing (sheet metal, welding, fabrication, metal products)
• 5+ years in production / workshop management role
• Hands-on experience in fabrication processes (cutting, bending, welding, coating)
• Fluent English communication (working environment)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in furniture / consumer product manufacturing
• Proven track record in lean manufacturing and cost optimization
• Exposure to multinational or export-oriented manufacturing environments
