该企业拥有30余年行业经验,具备完整产业链制造能力及海外生产基地,产品远销20+国家,长期服务国际运动及服装品牌。此次招聘为公司柬埔寨市场的战略布局核心岗位。

岗位核心职责:

  •  制定并执行柬埔寨区域销售增长战略
  •  开发服装品牌加工厂资源,推动品牌反向开发
  •  获取品牌指定资格(Brand Nomination)
  •  建立并管理当地销售团队
  •  进行市场、客户及竞争对手分析
  •  整合区域渠道资源,提升市场占有率

任职要求:

- 本科及以上学历

- 6–8年服装 / 箱包 / 辅料行业销售经验

- 至少2年以上团队管理或区域销售管理经验

- 有成功开发品牌客户案例

- 拥有服装或箱包行业客户资源

- 具备较强战略思维与执行能力

- 中文流利(柬籍华人优先;具备良好中文能力的柬埔寨籍候选人亦可)

- 具备商务英语沟通能力

- 能适应出差

Cambodia | Regional Sales Lead (Garment Accessories / B2B)

Location: Cambodia (Remote-based with regional market ownership)

Total Package: RMB 300,000 – 400,000 per year

Employment Type: Permanent

We are partnering with a globally expanding Chinese garment accessories manufacturer to appoint a Regional Sales Lead for Cambodia.

The company has over 30 years of manufacturing expertise, full-chain production capability, overseas facilities, and serves international sports and fashion brands across 20+ countries. This role represents a key strategic position in its Cambodia market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute regional sales growth strategies in Cambodia

- Drive brand nomination through reverse development strategy

- Identify and develop garment processing factory networks

- Build and lead the local sales team

- Conduct market, customer and competitor analysis

- Integrate and optimize regional sales channels

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above

- 6–8 years of sales experience in garment, luggage or accessories industry

- Minimum 2 years of team management or regional sales leadership experience

- Proven track record in developing and managing brand clients

- Strong industry network within garment manufacturing

- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability

- Fluent in Chinese (Cambodian Chinese preferred; Cambodian nationals with strong Chinese language proficiency are also welcome)

- Able to conduct business communication in English

- Willing to travel
