Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic KOL Operations Manager to lead and expand our TikTok influencer marketing operations in Indonesia.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing TikTok influencers to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and drive sales growth in the Indonesian market.
Key Responsibilities
1. KOL Strategy Development

Develop and implement TikTok influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and Indonesian market trends.

Design campaigns that increase engagement, brand awareness, and conversion.

Set clear KPIs and measurable performance targets.
2. KOL Research & Identification

Identify and recruit top-tier and micro TikTok influencers in Indonesia.

Build and maintain a database of influencers aligned with brand values and target audience.

Monitor emerging creators and trends on TikTok.
3. Campaign Execution & Management

Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns:

Campaign briefing

Content production

Campaign launch

Performance analysis

Ensure influencer content aligns with brand voice and marketing strategy.
4. Collaboration & Negotiation

Negotiate contracts, collaboration terms, and compensation with influencers and agencies.

Work closely with internal teams (creative, marketing, PR) to ensure campaign alignment.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track campaign performance metrics including:

Provide performance reports and optimization recommendations.
6. Community Building

Build long-term relationships with influencers for repeat collaborations.

Engage with influencer audiences to maintain positive brand sentiment.
7. Market & Competitor Insights

Monitor competitors' influencer marketing strategies.

Analyze trends in the Indonesian influencer marketing ecosystem.
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree preferred
-
Age under 30 preferred
-
Minimum 2 years of management experience
-
Experience managing at least 3 KOL specialists
-
Proven experience in influencer marketing / KOL management

Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem and trends

Experience working in Indonesia or Southeast Asia markets

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Creative mindset and ability to develop viral content ideas

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects
