Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations and administrative management. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in data handling, and the ability to manage routine administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and maintenance, including office supplies procurement, venue coordination, and utility bill settlement.

  • Handle part-time staff expense reimbursement, invoice verification, and expense record filing.

  • Manage employee attendance records, leave applications, and prepare attendance statistics and reports.

  • Provide general administrative support and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English and Filipino; basic Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

  • Minimum 1 year of office administrative experience.

  • Familiarity with Philippine local expense reimbursement rules is preferred.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle routine administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive working attitude.
