RMB 20,000 – 50,000 / month (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, identify customer project plans and convert market demand into orders

  • Develop and manage local agents and establish effective sales channels

  • Conduct market research to understand local product standards, customer needs, and competitive landscape

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver customer projects successfully

  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage long-term customer relationships

  • Support project execution and after-sales coordination to improve customer satisfaction

  • Complete other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above

  • Fluent in English (working language); local language is a strong advantage

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the new energy industry, including one or more of the following:

    • Energy storage systems

    • Photovoltaic modules or inverters

    • Lithium batteries

    • System integration solutions

  • Proven ability to independently develop overseas markets

  • Strong market analysis, execution capability, and stress tolerance

  • Existing customer or channel resources in local markets preferred
