Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
1️ On-site Service & Implementation / 现场服务与实施
Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and technical guidance for railway turnout products.
根据公司安排与客户需求，执行铁路辙叉等产品的现场安装、调试与技术指导；
Perform regular inspection and maintenance of products, ensuring stable operation.
定期巡检、维护所辖产品，确保设备运行稳定；
Respond rapidly to customer requests, diagnose faults, and perform on-site repair.
快速响应客户报修，诊断故障并进行现场处理。
2️ Technical Reporting / 技术问题反馈
Document service processes, fault details, and resolutions; prepare service reports.
记录服务过程与故障情况，及时提交服务报告；
Gather operational and quality data from field sites and report to HQ or regional manager.
收集现场运行数据，准确反馈至总部或区域经理。
3️ Customer Communication / 客户沟通与关系维护
Communicate effectively with railway maintenance teams; provide training and technical support.
与工务段人员保持有效沟通，提供培训与技术支持；
Maintain company image and build long-term cooperative relationships.
维护公司品牌形象，建立长期信任关系。
4️ Teamwork / 团队协作
Support regional service manager in coordinating after-sales service tasks.
协助区域售后经理完成服务任务；
Share field experience with peers to enhance service quality.
分享现场经验，共同提升团队服务水平。

Qualifications / 任职要求
Education / 教育背景：
Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Railway Engineering, Welding, or related field.
大专及以上学历，机械、机电一体化、铁道工程、焊接等相关专业。
Experience & Skills / 经验与技能：
Strong hands-on ability, familiar with mechanical drawings and standard tools.
动手能力强，熟悉机械图纸与常用工具使用；
Experience in railway, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment is a plus.
具备铁路系统、工程机械或重型设备领域安装、调试或维修经验者优先。
Languages / 语言要求：
Proficient in Chinese, English, and Portuguese (written and spoken).
具备 中文、英文、葡萄牙文 的听说读写能力，能与中巴双方团队顺畅沟通。
Personal Attributes / 综合素质：
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to adapt to frequent travel.
责任心强，能适应长期出差；
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力；
Able to work under field conditions and pressure.
能适应铁路现场环境与压力。
