We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (Chinese & English) Public Relations Manager to lead PR and corporate communications initiatives for our group in the Philippines.

该职位融合了战略传播、媒体关系、客户管理及国际项目的危机监控。

This role combines strategic communications, media relations, client management and crisis monitoring for international accounts.

The position is full-time, on-site in Manila and involves collaboration with cross-regional teams and overseas clients.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

负责集团的公关项目管理，拓展并维护客户关系，提供专业高效的公关咨询服务。

Responsible for managing the groups public relations projects; expanding and maintaining client relationships; and providing professional and efficient PR consulting services.

根据客户需求制定公关服务方案，并监督各阶段的工作分配与执行。

Develop client PR service plans based on their needs; supervise and follow up on work allocation and implementation across all stages.

主导外部客户沟通，协助新客户的谈判、策略规划、协调及后续跟进工作。

Take the lead in external client communications; assist with new client negotiations, negotiation strategies and planning, coordination, and follow-ups.

开拓和维护核心外部资源，监控与业务相关的舆情，识别潜在危机并进行主动应对。

Develop and maintain key external resources; monitor public opinion related to the business; identify potential crises and handle them proactively.

任职资格 Qualifications

新闻传播、公关、媒体或相关专业本科及以上学历。

Bachelors degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, PR, Media Studies or related field.

精通中文（普通话）和英文，具备优秀的双语书面与口头表达能力。

Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English; excellent written and verbal skills in both languages.

拥有至少三年公关、媒体、新闻或企业传播相关经验，有代理公司或跨国公司经验者优先。

Minimum 3 years experience in PR, media, journalism or corporate communications; agency or multinational experience preferred.

具备优秀的利益相关者管理、项目管理及战略思维能力。

Strong stakeholder management, project management and strategic thinking skills.

形象专业，具备良好的公众演讲及人际沟通能力；有镜头经验或发言人经历者优先。

Professional presence and strong presentation/people skills; prior on-camera or spokesperson experience is a plus.

有支持海外客户或参与国际项目经验者优先。

Experience supporting overseas clients or international campaigns is strongly preferred.

优先条件 Preferred

具有新闻、广播或媒体机构背景者优先。

Background in journalism, broadcast, or media agencies.

拥有媒体、法律或政府关系资源者优先。

Existing media / legal / government relations is an advantage.

有与南美、印度、非洲等非中国市场客户合作经验者更佳。

Prior work with clients in South America, India, Africa or other non-China markets is a plus.
