Job Description Basic Information
Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the overall planning of the whole process of import and export logistics between China and Thailand, covering booking, trailer, cargo tracking and abnormal problem handling, so as to ensure the efficient circulation of goods
2. Lead the whole process of import and export declaration, connect with customs, freight forwarders, shipping companies and domestic and foreign partners, be responsible for daily communication and coordination with Thai customs, handle various matters such as declaration inspection and policy adaptation, and ensure document compliance and smooth customs clearance.
3. In-depth interpretation of Thai customs policies and international trade rules, control the compliance risks of logistics business, and optimize logistics costs and operation processes.
4. Organize and file logistics and customs declaration related documents, maintain logistics system data, and regularly output operation reports
5. Coordinate cross-departmental and cross-border communication matters, promote the landing of logistics-related projects, and maintain the relationship between core partners and customs-related resources.
Requirements
Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, logistics management, international trade, business Thai and other related majors are preferred
2. Experience: 5-10 years working experience in Thailand's local logistics industry, with experience in the whole process of import and export, manufacturing and cross-border e-commerce logistics background is preferred.
3. Core Competence: Have direct communication and docking experience with Thailand Customs, be familiar with customs inspection, policy declaration and other processes, and those with customs-related resources are preferred.
4. Language: Chinese and Thai bilingual listening, speaking, reading and writing proficient, can skillfully use bilingual processing business documents, carry out cross-party communication, good English plus points
5. Skills: familiar with Thai customs declaration process, regulatory policies and commodity code classification, able to independently complete customs declaration operations, skilled use of office office software and logistics management system (erp/wms/tms is preferred)
6. Quality: careful and rigorous, strong ability to resist pressure, with excellent communication and coordination skills, problem solving skills and cross-cultural teamwork awareness

Compensation and Benefits
Annual Salary Range: ¥200K-¥400K, 13monthly
