Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales support and deployment of UCaaS solutions for strategic accounts in TX/NY/NJ
- Drive customer requirements gathering with technical storytelling
- Conduct product trainings and demos as trusted technical advisor
- Build strategic relationships with customer technical teams (PM/SE/PS)
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelors+ in Telecoms/EE/CS or related field
- 2+ years in technical pre-sales (exceptional graduates considered)
- Proven ability to translate complex needs into winning solutions
- Must be based in Texas or NY/NJ area (Green Card/Citizenship strongly preferred)

核心职责
- 负责德州或纽约/新泽西区域大客户UCaaS终端解决方案的售前支持、交付及日常运维管理。
- 主导客户需求挖掘与管理,输出定制化方案并有效管理客户预期。
- 执行产品培训、演示及技术答疑,支撑客户技术团队(产品/销售/服务部门)。
- 协同客户经理推动商机转化,维护与客户技术团队的战略合作关系。
硬性要求
- 通信/电子/计算机相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 2年以上相关岗位经验(优秀应届生/1年经验者可破格考虑),有统一通信行业经验优先。
- 具备敏锐的需求分析能力与问题洞察力,擅长技术方案撰写及现场演示。
- 出色的客户服务意识与跨团队推动力,需常驻德州或纽约/新泽西区域(绿卡/公民身份优先)。
