​​Key Responsibilities​​

• Lead pre-sales support and deployment of UCaaS solutions for strategic accounts in TX/NY/NJ
• Drive customer requirements gathering with technical storytelling

• Build strategic relationships with customer technical teams (PM/SE/PS)

Must-Have Requirements​​

• Bachelors+ in Telecoms/EE/CS or related field
• 2+ years in technical pre-sales (exceptional graduates considered)
• Proven ability to translate complex needs into winning solutions
• Must be based in Texas or NY/NJ area (Green Card/Citizenship strongly preferred)

• 协同客户经理推动商机转化，维护与客户技术团队的战略合作关系。

硬性要求​​

• 通信/电子/计算机相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 2年以上相关岗位经验（优秀应届生/1年经验者可破格考虑），有统一通信行业经验优先。
• 具备敏锐的需求分析能力与问题洞察力，擅长技术方案撰写及现场演示。
• 出色的客户服务意识与跨团队推动力，需常驻德州或纽约/新泽西区域（绿卡/公民身份优先）。
