核心职责

  • 技术实施
  1. 执行无人驾驶系统的现场测试、数据采集与故障诊断
  2. 7×24小时港口运维支持（含夜班轮岗）
  3. 严格遵守港口安全规范与操作流程
  • 系统优化
  1. 记录并反馈测试数据，协助改进算法性能
  2. 参与系统升级与调试工作
  • 团队协作
  1. 与中英技术团队紧密配合，确保项目交付
  2. 协助培训新成员，分享技术经验

硬性要求

  • 理工科背景（计算机/电子/机械等专业优先）
  • 具备快速学习能力与抗压能力
  • 能适应港口工作环境与倒班制度
  • 有编程基础或车辆相关经验者优先

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Execution
  1. Conduct on-site testing, data collection and troubleshooting
  2. Provide 24/7 operational support (shift work required)
  3. Strictly adhere to port safety protocols
  • System Optimization
  1. Document test results to improve algorithm performance
  2. Participate in system upgrades and debugging
  • Collaboration
  1. Work closely with UK-China technical teams
  2. Assist in onboarding new team members

Must-Have Requirements

  • STEM degree (Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical preferred)
  • Fast-learning capability under pressure
  • Willingness to work shifts in port environment
  • Programming/vehicle experience a plus
