Hiring | Business Development Executive (EdTech) | Ho Chi Minh City

We are partnering with a fast-growing global EdTech company that is expanding its Vietnam business.

The company provides AI-powered digital learning and virtual classroom solutions used by schools, universities, tutoring institutions, and education organizations across 150+ countries.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City (On-site)

Position: Business Development Executive – Tutoring & Learning Development

Industry: EdTech / Digital Learning

Salary: 15–18 Mil VND + bonus/month

What you'll do:

• Develop new business opportunities in Vietnam's education and training market
• Build relationships with tutoring institutions, education organizations, and corporate training partners
• Conduct outreach via calls, email, networking, and events
• Develop and manage sales pipelines to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Support product demos and solution discussions
• Participate in education events, conferences, and community engagement activities
• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams

We are looking for someone who:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 1 year of B2B sales / business development experience
• Background in software sales, EdTech, education, SaaS, training, or technology-related industries is preferred
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven individuals with a proactive and hunter mindset will thrive in this role
• English can be used as a working language
• Local Vietnamese candidates are preferred
• Chinese candidates with long-term work eligibility in Vietnam are also welcome to apply
• Preferred age: under 32 years old
