Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1, responsible for Indonesia import and export goods customs clearance, customs declaration data production and audit, docking with the local customs broker, customs, processing inspection, deduction Abnormal goods, taxes and fees, etc., to ensure smooth customs clearance;
2. Develop and maintain Indonesia's local logistics channels, including inter-island shipping, inland water transportation, land transportation and special line distribution, to obtain stable, Competitive quotation and shipping space;
3, responsible for the whole link tracking of goods, coordinate booking, loading, transportation, sign for receipt, timely processing of delay, damage, loss and other issues;
4. Familiar with Indonesian customs policies, tariffs, import compliance requirements (such as certification, qualification, etc.), reduce customs clearance and logistics risks;
5. Complete logistics reconciliation, expense settlement, data statistics and daily reports, and timely synchronize logistics information of internal business departments.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in logistics, international trade, supply chain is preferred;
2. At least 2 years of practical experience in Indonesian logistics/customs clearance/international freight forwarding, familiar with Indonesian customs clearance process and documents, familiar with Indonesia (including Each island) logistics network, can independently handle the whole process of customs clearance, sea and land transportation;
3. Indonesia's local logistics providers, customs brokers and island transportation channel resources are preferred;
4. Fluent in English reading and writing, able to independently connect with overseas suppliers; Indonesian or Indonesian resident/life experience is preferred;
5, skilled use of Excel, ERP, freight forwarding system operation experience is preferred.
