岗位职责

• 负责客户现场设备的安装、调试及测试
• 对设备运行问题进行故障排查与技术诊断
• 执行设备维护及预防性保养，确保设备稳定运行
• 分析设备异常原因并实施修复措施
• 向工程团队反馈技术问题及改进建议
• 为客户工程师提供设备操作及基础维护培训
• 编写设备维护报告及技术文档
• 协调客户与内部团队，推动技术问题的解决

理想候选人

必须条件:

• 本科及以上学历，电子工程 / 机械工程 / 自动化等相关专业
• 具备 设备安装、调试或售后服务经验（半导体 / PCB / 电子制造行业优先）
• 具备设备电气或机械故障排查能力
• 具备 中英文沟通能力

加分项:

• 有半导体或PCB制造设备服务经验
• 良好的客户沟通与协调能力
• 持有驾驶证并能够在客户现场之间进行工作支持

Our client is a technology company specializing in advanced micro-fabrication and semiconductor-related equipment solutions.
With strong R&D capabilities and a growing international presence, the company provides precision equipment and process solutions to industries including PCB manufacturing, advanced packaging, MEMS, and micro-device production.
As part of its regional expansion, the company is strengthening its technical service support in Southeast Asia to better support key manufacturing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and test high-precision equipment at customer sites
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for equipment issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure stable equipment performance
- Analyze root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective solutions
- Provide technical feedback and improvement suggestions to engineering teams
- Deliver basic operational and maintenance training to customer engineers
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation
- Coordinate closely with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues

Ideal Profile:
Must Have:-
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Automation, or related field (strong experience may compensate)
-Experience in equipment installation, maintenance, or field service within semiconductor, PCB, or electronics manufacturing industries
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or automation-related equipment
-Working proficiency in English and Chinese

Nice to Have:-
- Experience supporting semiconductor or PCB manufacturing equipment
- Strong customer-facing communication and coordination skills
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel between customer sites
