Were looking for a Finance & Operations Lead to oversee and execute financial operations across multiple countries, ensuring global compliance and operational efficiency in invoicing, payroll, and payments.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong financial accuracy, excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), and the ability to proactively drive cost savings and process optimization through negotiation and efficient fund management.

This is a fully remote position with centralized global management.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责

Prepare and review invoices and vendor payments across multiple EOR countries.
编制并审核涉及多个 EOR 国家/地区的客户发票及供应商付款。

Generate, verify, and issue payslips for contractors and employees.
生成、核对并发放合同工与正式员工的工资单。

Maintain records of revenue, expenses, and cross-border fund transfers.
维护收入、支出及跨境资金流转记录。

Coordinate with local accountants on tax, VAT, and social security filings.
与当地会计师对接，推进税务、增值税及社保申报工作。

Prepare monthly financial summaries and cash flow reports for the CEO.
为 CEO 准备月度财务摘要报告及现金流监控文件。

Reconcile and verify payments to ensure accuracy between bank and system records.
对账并核实支付准确性，确保银行流水与系统记录一致。

Qualifications | 任职资格

Education / 学历要求
Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields preferred.
会计、金融或相关专业硕士学历优先。

Experience / 工作经验
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations, payroll, or accounting.
至少 5 年财务运营、薪资管理或会计实操经验。

Skills / 能力要求
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); confident in English calls.
优秀的英文听说读写能力，能自信参与英文电话沟通。

Strong ability to coordinate and negotiate with external partners, banks, and payment providers.
具备与外部合作方、银行及支付机构进行协调与谈判的能力。

Experience with multi-currency and cross-border payments.
具备多币种及跨境支付处理经验。

Proficient in Excel and online banking systems.
熟练使用 Excel 及各类网上银行系统。

Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive with strong independence.
工作严谨、责任心强，具备独立工作能力与主动性。

Compensation & Benefits | 薪酬与福利

Salary: £2,000 £3,000/month (gross), depending on experience.
