Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HRBP Supervisor to lead full-spectrum HR and administration operations for our manufacturing plant in Chonburi, Thailand.
This role plays a critical part in building a compliant, efficient, and people-oriented HR system aligned with Thai labor law and group HR policies, supporting stable plant operations and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual HR plans aligned with business strategy

  • Draft, update, and enforce internal HR policies and employee handbook in compliance with Thai labor laws

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities to support plant manpower planning

  • Identify training needs and organize onboarding, skills, safety, and leadership development programs

  • Establish and operate performance management processes, linking results to development and compensation

  • Manage payroll calculation, personal income tax, social security, and ensure legal compliance

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor dispute resolution

  • Organize employee engagement activities to enhance morale and retention

  • Oversee plant administration services (security, cleaning, canteen, etc.)

  • Liaise with local authorities (Labor Department, Immigration, Social Security Office, etc.)

  • Manage visa and foreign employee-related matters

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or factory settings

  • Strong practical knowledge of Thai Labor Law, Social Security Law, and visa regulations

  • Hands-on experience in employee relations and labor dispute handling

  • Experience supporting new plant setup or HR system building from scratch is a strong plus

  • Fluent in Thai and Chinese (Thai-Chinese background preferred)

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; capable of handling complex calculations using formulas
