Responsibilities:

1)Carry out market analysis, customer analysis and competitor analysis

2) Carry out the formulation, promotion and management of sales channel expansion strategy in the region

3) Develop sales growth targets, strategies and plans for the next cycle, and supervise the implementation

4) Obtain the list of brand customer processing plants, reverse develop brand customers, and obtain brand customer designation

5)Collect and analyze channel information, integrate and review channel resources

6) Treatment area to carry out daily management work

7)Carry out sales team building

Requirements:

1)Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above

2)Professional requirements: professional is not limited

3)Work experience: more than 5 years of sales experience in clothing, luggage and accessories industry, and more than 2 years of sales director work experience

4)Professional skills: have customer resources in the clothing, luggage and accessories industries, have the ability to master and update industry trends, have strong marketing logical thinking ability, and be able to analyze and solve problems, have independently developed customer success cases, have served large clothing brands, have excellent team leadership and management skills, and adapt to travel work and social intercourse

5)Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

6)Document processing: proficient in document writing, with written expression logic

7)Computer level: master OFFIC series software (WORD, EXCLE, PPT) and skillfully use CRM system

8)Other requirements: hold C1 driver's license, skilled driving
