Quality Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for the quality system of cold-bonded and injection-molded footwear to ensure that products meet brand standards.

2. Lead the QA factory inspection and quality audit of brand customers, and promote the implementation of improvement measures.

3. Monitor the quality of the whole process from raw materials to finished products, effectively reduce the customer complaint rate.

4. Manage the quality team, improve the team's professional skills and quality awareness.

Requirements:

Chinese, requires many years of experience in leather shoes, Vietnamese is preferred, , More than 5 years working experience in Vietnam, many years of quality management experience in Vietnam shoe factory is required. With the working background of Taiwan-funded shoe factory, familiar with its operation mode and quality requirements. Proficient in cold bonding and injection molding footwear process, and has successful experience in directly responding to brand QA audit. Excellent communication and anti-pressure ability, can be used as the main window and customer quality department docking.
