What You'll Be Exposed To

• Real-world US tax filings (Sales Tax, Federal, State)

• Working closely with CPA firms

• Managing finance operations for Amazon / Shopify / Stripe / PayPal

• Cross-border logistics cost tracking (warehousing & fulfillment)

• End-to-end bookkeeping using QuickBooks

You'll gain exposure that typically takes years in traditional roles.

What You'll Do

• Support US tax filings and documentation

• Assist CPA firms during tax season

• Prepare tax forms (1099, W-9, etc.)

• Handle bookkeeping and reconciliations

• Work on e-commerce platform financial data

• Support reporting and financial analysis

Who We're Looking For

• Background in Accounting / Finance

• 0–3 years of experience (open to fresh grads with internships)

• Basic understanding of US tax (Sales Tax is a plus)

• Familiar with QuickBooks or similar tools

• Mandarin Chinese as a working language

• Detail-oriented and eager to learn
