Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced U.S.-based Sales Manager with strong expertise in horticultural LED grow lighting and utility rebate-driven sales.
This is a remote, field-based role focused on developing relationships with commercial cannabis growers, greenhouse operators, and distributors, while leveraging utility rebate programs to accelerate project close.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage long-term sales relationships with:

Commercial cannabis growers
-
Greenhouse operators
-
Distributors and wholesalers
-

Sell commercial-grade, high-efficiency LED grow lighting products
-
Utilize factory-direct pricing and U.S.-based inventory to win competitive projects

Act as a subject-matter expert on U.S. utility rebate and incentive programs

Support customers through the full rebate process, including:

Utility pre-approval
-
DLC qualification verification
-
Rebate application documentation
-
Post-installation coordination
-

Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records
-
Represent the company at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events
Required Qualifications
-
7+ years of experience in LED grow lighting or horticultural lighting sales

Experience working with U.S. utility rebate programs

Strong understanding of:

DLC horticultural lighting requirements

PPE / PPF and energy efficiency metrics

Commercial cannabis cultivation operations

Experience selling large-scale retrofit or new-build lighting projects

Familiarity with utility rebate programs in CA, OR, CO, MA, or NY
