核心职责

职位要求

• 教育背景： 本科及以上学历，专业不限（商业、教育、市场相关专业优先）
• 工作经验： 至少1年销售/招生经验，教育、培训或留学行业优先
• 资质要求： 必须持有英国永居或英国护照
• 语言能力： 中英文流利，具备与家长及学生沟通的能力
• 出色的沟通和说服力，目标感强，能承压完成业绩
• 熟悉英国教育体系（GCSE/A-Level/大学申请）者优先

• Salary: From £26,000 + Commission
• Location: London

Core Responsibilities

• Promote and sell programmes such as GCSE, A-Levels, foundation pathways, and guardianship services to families
• Drive student recruitment and consistently achieve sales objectives
• Build and manage client pipelines, ensuring high conversion rates
• Maintain long-term relationships with parents and students, providing ongoing support
• Work closely with marketing and academic teams to enhance outreach campaigns
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree or above in any field (Business/Education/Marketing preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or student recruitment, ideally in education, tutoring, or study abroad sectors
• Eligibility: Must hold UK permanent residency or British passport
• Languages: Fluent in Mandarin & English, with excellent client-facing communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, target-driven and resilient
• Knowledge of UK education pathways (GCSE/A-Level/university admissions) preferred

• Proven record of achieving ambitious sales targets
