​​Key Responsibilities​​

• Design and develop server-side applications for real-time trading, building high-throughput production systems and delivering rapid prototypes
• Continuously optimize system architecture for scalability and stability, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate closely with business analysis teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Drive technical integrations and data exchange initiatives with external partners and vendors

​​Must-Have Requirements​​

• Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of server-side development experience with deep expertise in Java, C++, or Golang
• Strong proficiency in MySQL, Redis, message queues, and related technologies
• 3+ years of experience in financial services (brokerage, capital markets, or investment banking) with knowledge of securities trading processes
• Proven experience designing and developing high-performance, low-latency, and high-availability systems
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
• Must be based in New York (Green Card / Citizenship strongly preferred)
