Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, identifying their project plans and market demands, and converting these into confirmed orders.
- Expand the sales network by developing and managing brand agents and OEM customers.
- Conduct regular market research to understand product standards and demand trends, providing timely feedback on industry dynamics.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external resources to effectively transform market opportunities into deliverable results.
- Engage in business negotiations with clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Assist in the execution of customer projects and resolve major post-sales issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above. Full professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and listening) is mandatory for daily use as a working language.
- Minimum of 2 years of overseas business development experience within the new energy industry, specifically in energy storage, PV (modules/inverters), lithium batteries, or system integration.
- A proven track record of successful business development and a solid understanding of the new energy market's characteristics and competitive landscape.
- Mature work approach with the ability to work independently, coupled with strong market analysis and judgment skills.
- High resilience and exceptional execution skills to deliver on objectives.
- Strong professional ethics, a meticulous and thorough work style, and a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly.
