Regional Operations Manager – Taiwan
Location
Taiwan (Preferred: Taipei or Kaohsiung)
This role is remote. There is currently no physical office in Taiwan.
Reporting Line
Head of International Business
Key Responsibilities
1. Merchant Development & Management (Taiwan Market)
-
Identify, onboard, and manage local ticketing and entertainment-related merchants

Establish merchant tiering and management framework
-
Maintain strategic relationships with key partners and increase depth of cooperation
2. Local Fulfillment System Development
-
Work closely with cross-functional teams to build clear ticket verification, ticket transfer, and after-sales processes
-
Improve transaction security and minimize dispute risk
-
Continuously enhance user experience and trust mechanisms
3. Local Marketing Channel Expansion
-
Develop and activate local marketing channels including KOLs, communities, campus networks, and offline partnerships
-
Increase brand awareness and platform adoption among Taiwan users
4. GMV Ownership
-
Define monthly and quarterly growth targets
-
Monitor data performance and iterate strategy accordingly
-
Drive sustainable transaction volume growth in the Taiwan market
Requirements
-
3+ years of experience in e-commerce platforms, ticketing platforms, or merchant operations
-
Prior experience in Taiwan market operations preferred
-
Strong understanding of Taiwan consumer behavior and entertainment ecosystem
-
Passion for concerts, musical theatre, and idol culture
-
Fluent Mandarin; strong English reading and writing skills

Cross-cultural collaboration capability

Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications

Existing resources in ticketing or concert promotion

Experience building a market from 0 to 1

Direct ownership of GMV or revenue targets
