Regional Operations Manager – Taiwan

Location

Taiwan (Preferred: Taipei or Kaohsiung)
This role is remote. There is currently no physical office in Taiwan.

Reporting Line

Head of International Business

Key Responsibilities

1. Merchant Development & Management (Taiwan Market)

  • Identify, onboard, and manage local ticketing and entertainment-related merchants

  • Establish merchant tiering and management framework

  • Maintain strategic relationships with key partners and increase depth of cooperation

2. Local Fulfillment System Development

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to build clear ticket verification, ticket transfer, and after-sales processes

  • Improve transaction security and minimize dispute risk

  • Continuously enhance user experience and trust mechanisms

3. Local Marketing Channel Expansion

  • Develop and activate local marketing channels including KOLs, communities, campus networks, and offline partnerships

  • Increase brand awareness and platform adoption among Taiwan users

4. GMV Ownership

  • Define monthly and quarterly growth targets

  • Monitor data performance and iterate strategy accordingly

  • Drive sustainable transaction volume growth in the Taiwan market

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce platforms, ticketing platforms, or merchant operations

  • Prior experience in Taiwan market operations preferred

  • Strong understanding of Taiwan consumer behavior and entertainment ecosystem

  • Passion for concerts, musical theatre, and idol culture

  • Fluent Mandarin; strong English reading and writing skills

  • Cross-cultural collaboration capability

  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing resources in ticketing or concert promotion

  • Experience building a market from 0 to 1

  • Direct ownership of GMV or revenue targets
