Job Title: Senior UX / User Research Specialist (Product Quality & Localized Experience)

Responsibilities

  1. Continuously monitor and analyze product experience metrics (e.g., NPS, conversion rate), providing insightful localized feedback to the HQ team.

  2. Conduct regular user research, competitive benchmarking, and expert reviews to identify product experience gaps and opportunities across different international markets.

  3. Apply both qualitative and quantitative research methods (surveys, interviews, usability testing, behavioral data analysis, etc.) to deeply understand local user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and Engineering teams across regions to drive localized experience optimization and ensure continuous product quality improvement.

  5. Contribute to building global experience standards and methodologies to support a truly global + local ticketing experience for worldwide users.

  6. Demonstrate strong stress tolerance and adaptability, capable of managing complex tasks and large-scale event-related projects in high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree or above in UX, user research, data analytics, product management, or related fields.

  2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in internet or mobile products, with the ability to independently conduct research, experience evaluation, or product improvement projects.

  3. Solid understanding of design thinking and UX methodologies, with a proven ability to convert insights into actionable optimization plans.

  4. Fluent English communication skills for efficient collaboration with international teams.

  5. Experience in ticketing, live entertainment, e-commerce, or travel industries is a strong plus.

  6. Familiarity with local culture and user behavior, with passion for improving localized experiences for global products.
