Role Overview:
We are hiring a senior conversion operations leader to build and scale a high-performance monetization team focused on converting inbound social/media traffic into paying users.

This role is heavily execution-driven and suited for candidates from aggressive inside sales, telesales, EdTech, Insurance, Fintech Lending, RMG, or high-volume B2C conversion environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage large conversion/telesales teams
Drive KPI management across CVR, ARPU, first-pay value, productivity etc.
Create conversion scripts, sales playbooks, and SOPs
Lead QA, coaching, objection handling, and conversion optimization
Manage WhatsApp, voice, and private-domain conversion workflows
Design incentive structures and performance governance systems
Improve monetization through psychological conversion techniques and operational rigor

Requirements:
8+ years of inside sales / conversion / telesales leadership experience
Proven experience managing 50–100+ headcount teams
Background from EdTech, Insurance, Fintech, RMG, or similar high-conversion industries
Strong experience in KPI-driven sales environments
Hands-on with sales scripts, QA, conversion governance, and team coaching
Strong leadership and execution mindset
