Salary Range: USD 110,000 140,000 / year

With a presence in 40+ countries and a rapidly growing international team, the company is expanding in the U.S. market and seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives, build key partnerships, and establish a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion & Sales Achievement
- Lead business development for AutoID solutions including industrial handheld devices, RFID readers, barcode scanners, and fixed reading systems.
- Deliver on sales performance targets and execute go-to-market strategies that drive regional growth.
2. Customer & Channel Management
- Identify, acquire, and manage key customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain a healthy distribution and reseller ecosystem to strengthen market coverage.
3. Strategic Planning
- Create and implement both short-term and long-term sales strategies to expand market share and brand visibility.
4. Market Analysis & Reporting
- Track market trends, competitor movements, and client needs.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, budget plans, and performance reports to management.
5. Full-Cycle Sales Management
- Manage all phases of the sales processfrom lead generation and quotation through negotiation, contracting, and after-sales coordination.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through strong communication and service alignment.
6. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal technical, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery for clients.
7. Marketing & Events
- Plan and participate in trade shows, promotional events, and customer visits across the U.S. to strengthen brand exposure.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree or above.
- Experience: 3-5 years in B2B sales in AutoID, AIDC, industrial hardware, or related technology sectors.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and key account management.
- Excellent commercial acumen and ability to work independently.
- Experience working with major AutoID brands or ecosystem partners (e.g., Zebra, Honeywell, Newland) is a plus.
- English fluency required; additional language skills are an advantage.
