硬性要求

• 精通印尼语和英语，普通话能力优先

​​Key Responsibilities​​

• Research target markets, analyze trends/competition, and identify/onboard high-potential channel partners
• Build long-term partner relationships through training, dispute resolution, and performance support
• Drive revenue growth by co-developing business plans, unlocking cross-selling opportunities, and exploring new collaboration models
• Conduct regular partner reviews to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and business plans

​​Must-Have Requirements​​

• Bachelors degree in IT, Cloud Computing, Engineering or related fields
• 5+ years in sales/channel development within technology industry, with enterprise/public sector experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to articulate partnership value propositions
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global matrix environment
