Internal Audit Department Head

You will report directly to Internal Audit Group Head of PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk, one of the top 5 general insurance companies in Indonesia. Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and carrying out all stages of the audit implementation process
• Coordinating and implementing the follow-up monitoring process of audit results
• Conduct activities to identify process improvement and automation opportunities, cost savings, revenue enhancement, and related recommendations for corrective and preventive actions
• Reviewing audit findings, audit report results, and finalizing reports
• Lead and develop a team to achieve assignment objectives
• Propose a third party involved in the process in the Department in accordance with applicable regulations

Qualifications: 

• Min Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Economic, preferably from reputable university
• At least 9 year of working experiences in the related fields is required for this position
• Ability to work independently and in team, highly accuracy and detailed oriented
• Able to work under pressure and a tight deadline
• Fluent in English with min TOEFL >450 or TOEIC >550
• Fast learner, high attention to details and can work under pressure
• Have knowledge, experience and QIA Certification is preferably
