You will report directly to Bancassurance & Agency Dept. Head of PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk, one of the top 5 general insurance companies in Indonesia. Responsibilities:

• Developing and innovating our insurance products to fit the market's needs and customers preferences
• Build and maintain a purposeful partnership with agencies and banking companies, especially private and local bank
• Reporting the profitability data from partners weekly and monthly
• Ensure the applied business processes are effectively streamlined from the external and internal.
• Report the weekly and monthly progress regarding partnership progress.

Qualifications:

• A minimum bachelors degree in any major, preferably from a reputable university
• Have minimum of two years of experience in insurance or banking-related fields
• Proficient in general insurance product knowledge
• Fluent in English with min TOEIC >550
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Have a strong desire to learn to stay relevant to current technologies and business trends, specifically in the general insurance field.
