Responsibilities:

  • Developing and innovating our insurance products to fit the market's needs and customers preferences, specifically in BUMN businesses.
  • Conduct and promote our insurance product to BUMN business sectors and keep them aligned with their businesses needs.
  • Serve the customer to achieve the indicators of the customers trust and loyalty based on our companys regulations.
  • Accountable for the customers premium payment, specifically for customers who are having problems completing their payment on time.
  • Monitor the claiming activities and give them the action steps to proceed with the claim.
  • Reporting the profitability of sales data from partners.
  • Ensure the applied business processes are effectively streamlined.
  • Deliver the after sales service, such as market review, risk management program workshop, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any major, preferably from a reputable university.
  • Having at least 6 years of working experience, preferably 4 years experience in sales-related fields
  • Proficient in general insurance product knowledge.
  • Fluent in English with min TOEIC >550
  • Certified in General Insurance and trained in marketing management will be prioritized.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in generating reports and insights from marketing data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office and other digital working tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business processes in the general insurance field
