The role

• Responsible for bringing in new clients in key geographies such as the US and UK

• Hands-on end-to-end sales activities - from prospecting to closing the deal

• Utilise channels such as email and LinkedIn

• You will report to and work closely directly with the CEO

What We Are Looking For

• Proven track record in winning new clients and partnerships in recruitment

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development in the recruitment industry

• Prior experience specifically in technology / IT industry recruitment is advantageous

• International experience especially with US and UK clients

• Willing to work with US working hours if need be

• Strong communication skills, business acumen and sense of ethics

• Highly proactive with a strong sense of responsibility
