The role

• Responsible for lead generation, and prospecting of potential clients, i.e. companies that use our recruitment service
• Strategically design, run, analyze and improve outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, email, or other channels by industry, location, specific niches
• Engage and follow up with interested leads and book sales appointments
• Assist in the sales team and senior management in pitches and sales meetings, follow up post meetings until deal closing

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in lead generation and growth marketing
• Experience with tools such as Apollo, Hubspot or other business development tools
• Experience working with US or UK companies
• Prior experience in the technology industry is advantageous
• Strong communication skills, business acumen, and ethics
• Highly proactive with a strong sense of responsibility
