As part of the programmes, there is also integrated leadership training and mentoring alongside the jobs.

We are looking for an Experience Manager who will assist and keep the interns engaged with the client, manage their experiences and keep track of their progress.

What you will do

  • Team up with the Head – Talent on finding ways to keep the Talent engaged with Turing Talent and the client.
  • Develop, manage and implement Experience calendar for the Talent to keep them informed on technical level.
  • Connect with the Lead – Recruitments on training for the Talent by liaising with the Industry leaders.
  • Create surveys on Talent experience from enrolment to Turing Talent and placement into an industry role.
  • Be the single point of contact for the Talent to connect and suggestions.
  • Liaising with Talent on a regular basis to prioritise the care and safety and success of Talent.
  • Devise and implement the intern alumni strategy fostering Talent relations.
  • Recruitment and contracting of trainers & career advisors, if needed.
  • Management of various projects and initiatives.
  • Promote team culture in line with the organisational values.

What you must have

  • Problem-solving skills to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Efficiency in administration and reporting, relational database.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing concurrent projects and programs to delivery.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, manage and influencing stakeholders and effective long-lasting relationships.
  • Adaptability in an ever-changing environment.
  • Hustle to get things done.
