Remarkablism Services Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Menu Layout Specialist to support a U.S.-based client. This role focuses on updating and formatting restaurant menus to reflect dual pricing and cash discount structures while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.

This is a production-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in structured design work, enjoys precision, and can deliver high-quality output under deadlines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working within existing designs, and able to execute updates quickly and accurately with minimal oversight.

Essential Responsibilities

• Update and format client menus to reflect pricing changes while maintaining readability and visual consistency.
• Adjust layouts as needed to accommodate changes in pricing, spacing, and content structure.
• Prepare polished, client-ready files for print, digital display, or review.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement updates, revisions, and maintain organized file systems.

Skillsets

• Strong attention to detail, especially when working with pricing and customer-facing materials.
• Solid understanding of layout design principles including typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to follow direction closely and execute within structured design systems.
• Highly organized with strong file management and workflow discipline.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, production design, or layout-focused roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience working with existing designs and making precise updates (not just creating from scratch).
• Experience preparing files for print and/or digital use.
• Must be able to work night-shift hours and report onsite at our Davao office.
