Remarkablism Services Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Accounts Specialist to support a U.S.-based client by helping maintain timely payments and positive customer relationships. This role is primarily focused on following up with customers regarding outstanding balances, answering billing-related questions, and ensuring a professional, customer-centered experience throughout the collections process.

The ideal candidate has a strong customer service background, is confident speaking with American clients, and is comfortable handling follow-up conversations in a polite but assertive manner. Over time, this role will also expand to include invoice generation, with training provided.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage follow-up with customers regarding past-due balances and payment status.
  • Conduct daily phone and email outreach using structured processes and templates.
  • Respond to billing-related questions and support customers with payment follow-up professionally and efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and account updates accurately in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to resolve issues and move accounts toward payment.

Skillsets:

  • Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
  • Clear and professional English communication, both spoken and written.
  • Polite but assertive approach when handling payment follow-up conversations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple accounts.
  • Ability to learn new systems and follow structured processes consistently.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, collections, call center support, or other follow-up-driven roles.
  • Experience communicating with American customers or clients strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to work night-shift hours and report onsite at our Davao office.
