Turnkey Processing is searching for an experienced and skilled CRM and AI Systems Manager.

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional attention to detail, a solid technical background and experience with the role.

Job Description:

  • HubSpot CRM Architecture and Administration: They should deeply understand HubSpot objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom objects, workflows, lists, and automation logic. This includes designing scalable data structures, not just building basic workflows. They should know how to prevent data sprawl and maintain CRM hygiene at scale.
  • Advanced HubSpot Integrations: Experience integrating HubSpot with third party systems such as Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, WordPress, Shopify, Zapier, Make, custom APIs, and data warehouses. They should understand webhook configuration, middleware logic, and how to manage sync conflicts and field mapping issues.
  • API and Technical Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication methods such as OAuth, and webhook systems. They do not need to be a full stack engineer, but they must be able to read API documentation and work directly with developers without becoming a bottleneck.
  • AI Marketing Stack Integration: Hands on experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows. This includes large language models, predictive lead scoring, chatbots, conversational AI, personalization engines, and AI driven content generation systems. They should understand how to connect AI tools to CRM data safely and strategically.
  • Marketing Automation Strategy: Expertise in lifecycle automation, lead nurturing flows, behavioral triggers, attribution modeling, and campaign tracking. They must understand how to tie automation back to revenue and pipeline, not vanity metrics.
  • Data Modeling and Reporting: Ability to structure CRM data for accurate reporting. Strong experience building dashboards, attribution reports, forecasting reports, and performance tracking across campaigns. Familiarity with SQL or BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau is a strong advantage.
  • Data Governance and Compliance: Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, CAN SPAM, data privacy frameworks, and secure data handling. AI integrations increase risk exposure. They must understand consent management and responsible data usage.
  • Process Documentation and SOP Development: Ability to document systems clearly, build repeatable playbooks, and create onboarding documentation for marketing and sales teams.
  • CRM Migration Experience: Experience migrating from legacy systems into HubSpot while maintaining data integrity. This includes deduplication strategy, field mapping, and pipeline redesign.
  • AI Prompt Engineering and Workflow Design: Practical understanding of prompt engineering for marketing use cases and embedding AI into automated workflows, including dynamic content generation, scoring, enrichment, and segmentation.

Skillsets:

  • Top Language Skills: Spoken and written english skills must be at near native english speaker level
  • Systems Thinking: They must see the entire funnel, not isolated tools. HubSpot plus AI touches sales, marketing, service, and leadership.
  • Strategic Marketing Alignment: They should understand positioning, customer value journey, segmentation, and buyer psychology. AI integration without strategic alignment creates noise.
  • Clear Communication: Ability to translate technical integration concepts into executive language. You do not want a systems person who cannot explain ROI to leadership.
  • Change Management CRM and AI projects create resistance: They must know how to train teams, roll out systems gradually, and manage adoption.
  • Analytical Judgment: Ability to evaluate which AI tools are hype versus operationally useful. This is critical right now. The market is flooded with AI products that do not integrate cleanly.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational discipline. Experience managing multi phase integration projects with timelines, stakeholders, and cross functional teams.
  • Problem Solving Under Ambiguity: Integrations break. APIs change. Data sync fails. They must be comfortable debugging complex systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and in any related field.
  • Has at least 5 years experience in related position. Hands on experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows.
  • Familiarity with SQL or BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau is a strong advantage.
  • Strong experience building dashboards, attribution reports, forecasting reports, and performance tracking across campaigns.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with third party systems such as Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, WordPress, Shopify, Zapier, Make, custom APIs, and data warehouses.
  • Expertise in lifecycle automation, lead nurturing flows, behavioral triggers, attribution modeling, and campaign tracking.
  • Strong Attention to Details and organizational skills.
  • Strong both communication and written skills.
  • Comfortable working night-shift schedules.
  • Can work onsite and willing to relocate in Davao City.
