As the Marketing Manager you are responsible to lead the marketing team and suggest them the best marketing techniques for social media and other digital media campaigns. You should grab the attention of customers and market the products and services.

Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
Analyzing market trends in brand awareness and market share.
Research and develop organic lead generation strategies; reduce the paid budget by increasing the organic reach
Initiating & Optimizing all paid/non paid media campaigns in platforms such as Facebook, Google & LinkedIn.
Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
Strategizing product marketing strategies with other departments.
Train, Manage and mentor the marketing department team.
Overlooking the SEO strategies and providing inputs.
Overlooking Email marketing, newsletters campaigns and webinars
Assisting the company by reaching marketing targets to reach revenue targets; find more avenues to source more leads apart from the leads we bring in through paid campaigns
Proven 5+ years of experience as Marketing Manager in an EdTech company, with a startup mindset or a similar role.
Professional Certifications such as PCM, Digital Marketing Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
Integrated Marketing 360, etc will be preferred.
Strong track record of leading successful projects across in-house or agency roles working on a site with a high proportion of traffic coming from organic search
Deep expertise across the three pillars of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) and experience across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C audiences
Proactive, organized, curious, entrepreneurial problem solver with a "can-do" attitude and a testing-and-learning mentality
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communications skills, with the ability to contextualize SEO strategy within broader business goals
Knowledge in handling word press website backend and front-end.
Strong organization, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to react to shifting priorities
Hands-on experience in prolific marketing campaigns.
Outstanding knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.
Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills & Attention to detail.
Background in the mobile apps, eCommerce, or online platforms is a plus
