Position Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Lathe and Mill Machinists to join our team on 1st and 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and programming CNC/manual lathe and mill machines to produce precision parts, ensuring high quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CNC lathe and/or mill machines to produce precision components per engineering specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T to set up and adjust machinery.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and other adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary corrections.
• Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Maintain documentation of production runs and ensure compliance with company quality control standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in CNC and manual machining (lathe and mill operations).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and GD&T.
• Experience with programming/editing G-code is required.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ISO or other quality management systems is a plus.
