Do you live and breathe Minecraft, Roblox, and YouTube? Are you the kind of person who watches creators daily and thinks, I could make that even better?

Were Tycer Media, a UK-based YouTube production team with 1.3M+ subscribers on the 'Friend' YouTube channel and a plan to level up. We currently produce 4 videos a week, but with you on board, were aiming for 10 uploads per week and we need a passionate, fast, and creative editor to make that happen.

This is a full-time, remote role, but you'll need to be based in Hampshire or a nearby county (were in Southampton) so we can occasionally meet up in person for planning, collaboration.

What youll be doing

• Edit and deliver high-energy, fast-paced YouTube videos (5-7 per week) with tight turnaround times (as little as 24 hours).
• Cut, polish, and bring personality to our Minecraft and Roblox gaming content using Adobe Premiere Pro (non-negotiable).
• Collaborate with our team on scripts, storytelling, and creative ideas to keep our content fresh and fun.
• Add engaging music, sound effects, memes, and graphics to make videos stand out in the YouTube algorithm.
• Keep up with YouTube trends, gaming culture, and what makes Roblox/Minecraft videos go viral. Watching our competitors in the space.

• Youve managed or grown your own YouTube channel.
• You know your way around YouTubes backend (thumbnails, titles, analytics).

Requirements

• Portfolio: You must provide examples of YouTube content youve edited (personal projects are fine!).
• Access to reliable internet and a setup capable of editing efficiently.
• Based in Hampshire, UK or nearby (for occasional in-person meetings).
