Responsibilities

  • Generate Revenue: Work towards ensuring a consistent income stream.
  • Customer Service: Provide assistance and support to clients as needed.
  • Sales Processing: Assist in handling inbound sales inquiries and converting leads into clients.
  • Client Acquisition: Approach potential and existing clients to secure new sales opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, sustainable relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and document client feedback concerning the quality of services provided.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist in addressing and resolving service-related incidents to foster client retention.
  • Referral Agent Relations: Cultivate relationships with referral agents to stimulate a consistent flow of inbound sales opportunities.
  • Referral Agent Records Management: Maintain accurate records of referral agents, including commission details and their referred sales.
  • Performance Reporting: Assist in the creation and timely distribution of performance reports for the Sales department.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate and determine the suitability of leads for potential conversion into clients.
  • RFP Handling: Process, document, and finalize requests for proposals (RFPs) for long-term service contracts.

Qualification

  • At least 2 years of work experience in Retail Sales, Telemarketing, Direct Sales or equivalent will be given preference
  • Must be willing to work all night shifts.
  • Friendly, approachable, and patient, topped with excellent customer service skills
  • Possess ability to persuade, close sales effectively and meet goal-oriented tasks
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and identity innovative solutions
  • Build rapport and collaborate with cross-functional departments, vendors and suppliers
  • Excellent organizational skills needed for multitasking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage)
  • Must have strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Knowledge in Monday.com, Photoshop, Canva and other relevant CRM tools is an added advantage

Education

  • A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing or related fields will be given preference
  • High School Diploma holder or equivalent may also apply but must have a GPA of 3.75 or above
