About the job Sales Specialist (Night Shift)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to take full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value contracts. This role requires proven experience in acquiring and/or managing B2B clients from the US market, as you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with corporate clients and premium service users in the United States. Responsibilities
End-to-End Sales Ownership:
Drive the full B2B sales process from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure. Focus on acquiring and expanding B2B client relationships in the US market, including corporate accounts and enterprise partners.
Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns targeting potential US-based clients through CRM tools, outbound prospecting, and referrals.
Manage inbound and outbound leads efficiently, ensuring high conversion and client satisfaction.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify, engage, and nurture decision-makers in US-based companies to position the company's luxury ride services as the preferred corporate mobility solution. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients from the US, ensuring consistent service quality and retention.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, propose, and deliver customized mobility solutions for enterprise-level US clients. Ensure a premium client experience aligned with the expectations of a business-class clientele.
Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to align US client expectations with service delivery capabilities. Represent the Sales department in client discovery calls and deal-closure meetings involving US
based clients. Provide continuous market insights and client feedback to improve strategy and execution for the US market.
Revenue Growth & Performance Tracking
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets from the US region. Monitor and report key performance metrics for US sales accounts. Maintain detailed CRM records of all US client interactions, sales funnels, and closed deals. Market Intelligence & Brand Representation
Represent the brand in virtual or in-person events, business meetings, and networking opportunities with US-based partners and clients. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies in the US luxury travel and mobility sectors. Identify emerging business opportunities and new partnership models within the US market.
Qualification
Experience: Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in full-cycle sales, with a strong focus on acquiring and/or managing B2B clients from the US.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing high-value US-based client deals and achieving consistent revenue growth.
Industry Background: Prior experience in luxury services, hospitality, travel tech, IT or premium mobility sectors is preferred.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with an understanding of US business communication etiquette.
Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com), MS Office, and digital prospecting tools.
Personality: Persuasive, confident, and relationship-oriented, with a consultative selling style.
Adaptability: Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours and collaborating across time zones
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- English Medium background is highly preferred.
