Responsibilities

  • Lead the pre-sales function end-to-end, including solution architecture, technical proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies

  • Engage senior stakeholders (internal and external) to translate business needs into scalable and cost-effective technical solutions

  • Manage and mentor a team of solution consultants and presales engineers, building technical capability aligned with company growth

  • Drive innovation in solution design, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and evolving customer expectations

  • Work closely with account managers and delivery teams to ensure seamless handover of projects post-sale

  • Maintain vendor and partner relationships to stay ahead on product roadmaps and technical enablement

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise IT solutioning, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role within pre-sales

  • Deep technical knowledge in infrastructure, networking, security, or cloud preferably with certifications in one or more domains

  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to shape winning strategies for large, multi-layered deals

  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and developing pre-sales frameworks or playbooks

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
