Project Manager - IT Infrastructure (up to $8,000 base + AWS + PB )

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution by defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across internal and external teams.

• Anticipate risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies, raising critical issues to stakeholders where necessary.

• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to communicate progress and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Apply structured project management methodologies to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and time constraints.

• Oversee task prioritization, change control, and dependencies to maintain momentum despite challenges or limitations.

• Manage vendor and cross-functional coordination for infrastructure implementations such as Linux, storage, network, or virtualization solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in IT project management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing interactions and stakeholder engagement.

• Familiarity with infrastructure environments including Kubernetes, networking, and security tools.

• PMP, Scrum, or relevant certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
