Role Title: Partner Account Senior Specialist
Reporting to: B2B Senior Manager

B. CONTEXT
Purpose: Partner Account Senior Specialist is a local
sales position who will be responsible to manage
channel partners to address the SME & SOHO
market of the given territory. This is predominantly
channel partner relationship and management role
and making sure partner is aligned and completely
engaged in b2b business.
Context: B2B and Wholesale Department sets the strategic
direction and runs the day-to-day operations of all B2B and
Wholesale product development, marketing and sales activities.
It focuses on selling integrated B2B and Wholesale solutions
based on data-driven approach to pricing.
C. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Essential Job Functions
- Handling and effective management of channel partners.
- Ensuring channel partner's ROI and interest in B2B business.
- Sell B2B products, Mobile – Voice/Data, Fixed Line and other special products to SME customers through channel partners to meet the sales target.
- Collection follow up management between billing team and customers' payments transaction.
- Ensuring quality of acquisitions of sale and selling only to right SME customers with proper documentation as per policy.
- Managing accounts to ensure sales and retention KPI's are met.
- Operate in a manner that maximizes company profitability while reducing unnecessary costs of company operations, and in a way that reflects well on the image of the company.
- Ensure personal Sales processes, reporting and systems management are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
- Attend all meetings called by management.
Non-essential Job Functions
- Target to make 8-10 customers contact in a day. Need to be prepared to call and meet up with contacts in the business community to develop prospective and maintain existing clients on a regular basis.
- Conducting Blitz activities as per planned manner.
- Attend local company events, and network within the business community at every opportunity.
- Providing feedback regarding market updates, competition activities and any other critical information which is important as an input for b2b business.
- Other tasks requested by management that are reasonable and appropriate.

- Monthly Partner's Sales Planning to ensure targets are achieved
F. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
- Previous outbound B2B sales experience – min 3-5 years as a field rep.
- Able to commit longer hours – not in a position of having to go home at a set time, or unable to work weekends.
- Able to Speak English at a reasonable level.
Minimum Entry Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales,
Marketing, ICT, or a related field
