A. PROFILE
Role Title: Sales Analytics Manager
Reporting to: Customer Acquisition & Automation Senior Manager

B. CONTEXT
Purpose: Purpose of this role is to analyst the sales Data, Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, acquisition to drive the sales team to improve achievement and management dashboard.
Context: This Department is responsible for executing and implementing consumer business strategy and building brand affinity and connect in order to achieve growth in customer market share and revenue market share; through focus on the various business and distribution channels and customer experience.
This role is part of the Sales & Distribution division which oversees the operations of U9 retail stores and kiosks as well as our network of distributors and channel partners across the country, ensuring the visibility and availability of U9 services and products directly to customers.
C. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Analyst business data and create insight analysis reports (Sales, Acquisition).
- Organize and present data in a clear, concise manner
- Provide insights and recommendations based on relevant data
- Summarize external data to support the recommendations in the insight analysis reports
- Manage competing priorities and providing level-headed during unexpected events
- Recommend, develop, and implement require data/ reporting logic with BI team.
- Lead a team that will work closely with all business areas to capture BI requirements and deliver insight that aligns with strategy
- Act as supplier to the business but also challenge business requirements where appropriate and prioritize demand based on business need, with support from the Head of Data & Analytics.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, organization, and execution of data related activities like dashboards, reports, and opportunity analyses. Serve as the liaison, facilitator, and coordinator for data project working groups, technical staff, and other stakeholder groups.
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage data in new ways that deliver insight and enhance decision-making.
- Provide the insights on new customer acquisition via data mining.
D. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Analyze data to look for consistencies, accuracy, and recurring themes
- Establish and deliver a consistent approach to measuring metrics / KPIs across the business
- Create and recommend better formats to refine the reporting, data blending, and visualization experience.
- Create and deliver routine and ad hoc reporting needed to understand various aspects of processes and the portfolio performance
- Analysis and Measurement of Acquisition

F. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
- Analytical acumen and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong business analytic and business consulting skills
- General understanding of business data and storytelling
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management
- Experience with Excel or any BI tools
- Application of Sales research techniques and strategies across a variety of digital channels
- At least 5 years' experience in Sales domain preferred
- Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Telecommunications industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
Minimum Entry Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics from a recognized university
