The Role:

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Bar Tender to join our team. As a leader in the hospitality industry, we are committed to providing our guests with exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. As Lead Bar Tender you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable time at our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring the bar is fully stocked at all times

- Create and maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests, providing exceptional customer service at all times

- Train and mentor junior bar staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our menu and able to provide excellent service to our guests

- Develop and implement creative and innovative drink menus, keeping up with current trends and customer preferences

- Monitor and maintain the quality of beverages served, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all drinks - Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, finding suitable solutions to ensure guest satisfaction

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations

- Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, making recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall guest experience

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Bar Tender, with at least 2 year in a leadership or supervisory role

- Extensive knowledge of different types of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor junior staff

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures

- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and hold a valid RSA certification
