Running a TikTok Shop isnt just about listing and optimizing products: its about creating a seamless, scalable sales and marketing system for brands. Thats where we come in. As an official TikTok Shop Service Partner agency, we manage everything on TikTok Shop from strategy and affiliate partnerships to community building and hands-on shop operations. We are searching for a meticulously organized, TikTok-obsessed account manager to support our clients and internal team. 

About the Role 

The Account Manager is the organizational backbone of our client team. This role supports strategic leads by handling the day-to-day logistics, timelines, and deliverables that keep our Shops and campaigns moving. They are responsible for assisting with strategy and campaign execution, preparing agendas, tracking follow-ups, and making sure client-facing materials are accurate, on-time, and buttoned-up. Reporting directly to our Director of Agency Operations, this role is perfect for someone who loves managing relationships with clients, coordinating across departments, and keeping track of the finer details. 

This is a contract role starting at 20 - 25 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase to full-time.

What You'll Do

  • Account management: Track action items, assign follow-ups, maintain weekly campaign calendars and client-facing project trackers, prepare client call agendas and send post-call recaps
  • Client and vendor management: Attend weekly client status calls, respond to client communications across channels (email, Slack, Lark), send updates, coordinate with account reps at TikTok and 3rd-party vendors, working closely with all parties to become an expert on each clients unique objectives and the daily status of each account
  • Reporting and analysis: Work closely with our back-end operations teams to track and review performance metrics and assess campaign effectiveness, coordinating with our strategy and affiliate leads to provide insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Research: Stay updated on the latest TikTok Shop media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure were providing the most effective direction and support for our clients
  • Executive support: Provide support as needed to the Director of Agency Operations by preparing recaps and decks for current and prospective clients, doing market and competitor research, and working on ad hoc special projects

What Makes You Right For This Role

  • 2 - 3+ years of experience in account, client or project management within an agency, performance marketing or social media-focused organization
  • You have excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple client accounts
  • You're a clear, thoughtful communicator (both verbal and written) with a successful track record of personally managing and maintaining client relationships
  • You're experienced in coordinating and collaborating across departments/stakeholders
  • You are deeply organized, self-directed, and comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of autonomy in a remote setting

  • Experience with beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or celebrity brands
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop management tools and analytics platforms
  • Background in a startup, high-growth brand, or agency setting
