The Opportunity
Are you TikTok-obsessed, creator-culture-fluent, and looking for real-world experience that actually matters? This is it.
We're looking for an energetic, organized college student who lives inside the For You Page to join our affiliate team as a paid intern. From your first creator outreach to tracking performance and scaling what works, you'll learn the full affiliate lifecycle and do meaningful work from day one.
This is a paid, fully remote internship requiring 10–16 hours per week and strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a genuine passion for TikTok and creator culture.
What You'll Do
You'll be embedded with our Account Management and Affiliate team, supporting 1–2 client accounts with affiliate outreach and content strategy. Here's what that actually looks like:
- Affiliate Outreach & Management: Using TikTok Shop and internal tools, you'll constantly source new leads, vet prospective creators, and suggest fresh talent. You'll follow up persistently, sharpen your messaging when needed, and keep an active, growing roster of creators who are ready to perform.
- Relationship Building: Think of yourself as the hype master for our creator community — in direct 1-on-1 relationships and through broader channels like Discord, email blasts, and more. You'll develop real, ongoing relationships with creators and agencies at every level, keeping communication clear, timely, and energetic so creators feel genuinely supported and excited to produce content.
- Creator Strategy & Content Review: You'll watch incoming videos, tag high performers, and flag top content for repurposing and scaling. You'll also review affiliate performance to help determine who to scale, pause, or replace — and share constructive feedback with creators who could use a boost or some extra coaching.
- Creative Briefs: You'll create and distribute creative briefs that bring products to life, highlighting the most compelling angles, formats, and content examples. You'll update them weekly to reflect the latest top-performing hooks and trending formats, giving creators a real-time playbook based on what's actually working.
What Makes You Right For This
You're currently enrolled at a 4-year college or university
- You are genuinely obsessed with TikTok, creators, and the world of online shopping
- You can spot a viral hook or a high-converting video in the first three seconds
- You write clean, compelling briefs and outreach messages that actually get responses
- You're deeply organized, self-directed, and a thoughtful communicator who thrives in a remote environment
Bonus Points If You Have
Direct content creation experience, especially on TikTok
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools (editing, captions, repurposing, creative testing)
- Experience working with creators and/or health, wellness, beauty, or celebrity-backed brands
- Experience with Discord or other community platforms
