About the Role
As a coach and manager for TikTok Shop Live creators, you'll play a key role in scouting new talent, supporting their growth, and increasing their earnings. This role focuses on proactive talent recruitment and the success of live performers on TikTok Shop. This is a freelance role with options for paid and/or commission based opportunities. Compensation can grow massively in tandem with the success of your creator roster.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Recruitment: Identify and onboard emerging TikTok creators with high potential for success on TikTok Shop Live.
Creator Management: Support a roster of creators by providing training, guidance, and resources to foster long-term success.
Performance Optimization: Analyze creator metrics to offer tailored advice on improving content quality, engagement, and sales.
Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about TikTok Shop and Live trends, platform updates, and best practices to provide creators with fresh insights.
Organizational Support: Maintain detailed records of creator communications, progress, and performance using our tracking tools.
Qualifications
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in talent management, social media, influencer recruitment, or related roles. Sales experience is a plus.
Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to build and maintain strong creator relationships.
TikTok Expertise: Familiarity with TikTok Live features, such as gifting, diamonds, etc. is preferred.
Creator-Focused: Dedicated to helping creators reach milestones and unlock their full potential.
Passion for Growth: Excited to grow and learn more on TikTok Live.
Problem-Solving Ability: Skilled at identifying creator potential and offering innovative solutions.
